Darkness an overwhelming black,
devastating path of desolation.
I opened my eyes looking for a light
where I will rest forever,
where freedom and peace
of my soul, find a place.
Where my feet already tired
of this road full of bitterness,
take me out from a place
I didn't ever ask to come.

Everybody walks side to side,
under the haze of an
unnecessary life:
prisoners, world of pain,
universe of despair,
the final countdown.
It's only the one you live,
the one that exhausts
the existence of all force.
A suicide's diary is written
under his own idealism.

The emotional debate takes
him into a cradle of insanity.
The whereabouts of your soul,
it is a dividing line,
the night...
has been there.
Maybe the gloom’s always been
under a deception of light.
It only remains to believe in a wish,
in the dreaming time.

Desperate I open my eyes,
moved by a haze of darkness,
wanting to return from what it wasn't,
nothing else but a nightmare.

I'm looking for an exit, an end.
Loneliness was the only answer
that this putrid heart has found
in the search for my way out.

I can not overcome this oppression
that feeds on me.

On the way to my anguished search,
I find a place covered in gold,
with an altar of hypocrisy,
when opening their masked doors.
I see my hopes pinned
and my existence crucified
that has no meaning.

Defeated by fear,
I bent on my knees, in front of the asp,
under my chest, my grieving memories,
starting the funeral of...
the funeral of the light!
